Refund Policy

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "the size does not fit" or "the product differs from my expectations.” 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product has been used.
Unless a product has a manufacturing defect, we generally do not accept returns. Please keep this in mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, we will gladly exchange it. If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock issues, we will process a refund. Please ensure you contact us within one week of receiving the product.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of its receipt. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you still have concerns, please reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund appears.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that have a manufacturing defect or are damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. If we determine the return was due to our error, we will refund the shipping fees after inspecting the product.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
